Wyoming Model Leader and Educator Support and Evaluation System
Description of evaluation system 
The model evaluation provides examples of evidence to collect for each standard that includes state-wide assessments, common assessments, student work samples, documentation of teacher evaluation and feedback, surveys, or observations.
Frequency of performance evaluation 
Districts are required to evaluate principals at least once every 3 years. However, districts are recommended to develop policy on frequency of evaluation based on experience level and/or previous ratings.

Recommended for use to inform professional development, continuing contract, dismissal, and recognition.
