Description of evaluation system 
The principal evaluation must consist of at least one goal focused on the improvement of principal practice as captured by the T-PESS rubric and a measure of student growth. Student growth accounts for 20% of a principal's evaluation score for a principal who has served two or more years and 10% for a principal who has served one year.
