Nevada Educator Performance Framework (NEPF)
Description of evaluation system 
Principals are rated along a four-category scale according to indicators on the eight Nevada Standards for School Leaders. The 2015 passage of AB447 made changes to Nevada statutes that included adjustments to the timeline for implementation of the evaluation system and the required percentage of student achievement data for the Student Outcomes portion of the NEPF. The 2017 passage of AB320 made changes to Nevada statutes that included the removal of the use of state wide assessment data and revisions to the required percentage of student performance data for the Student Performance portion of the NEPF. Student Performance Domain score is calculated using progress toward a student learning goal.
