The system has four components: leadership practice (40%) determined by observation and artifacts and aligned with the Connecticut Leadership Standards; stakeholder feedback (10%) determined by a survey aligned with the Connecticut Leadership Standards; student learning (45%) determined by performance and growth in the School Performance Index (22.5%) and by two locally determined measures (22.5%); and, teacher effectiveness (5%) determined by teachers' student learning objectives.
