A school district will adopt standards of performance for teachers and administrators based on student learning data such as NWEA Measures of Academic Progress (MAP), Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills (DIBELs), pre- and post- curriculum-based tests, and teacher-created school/district common assessments. At first, student data will count for 20% of an evaluation, but that will gradually increase to 50% by the school year 2018-2019.
